Delivery & Shipping

All packages are shipped from our Singapore warehouse via NinjaVan/J&T Express, unless otherwise stated. After your payment has been verified, we will process your order and dispatch your parcel within 3 to 5 working day (excluding weekends, peak periods and public holidays). Please allow an extra 3 working days for order processing and dispatching during the sale period.

Estimated delivery days begin when the order is accepted by us, not after the order or payment has been made.

In the case that your address has been provided wrongly/parcel is bounced back due to failed delivery. we will not be liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds will be given in the event that the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
